And AstroGen was the only one that got back to me in a timely manner. From the first phone call they were organized, professional and transparent. Kaden came out for out house quote and walked us through options, answered all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable. Install day was today (even after major storms last night), everything was completed on time and the owner Mason came out and looked everything over and did the final walkthrough. Our power went out during a storm that came through during the night and we lost power. Our Generac generator didn’t startup and threw errors. I called around 9:00 am and the owner, Mason, showed up within the hour and was so great working with us. Unfortunately we have to get the motor replaced, Mason took care of calling Generac to work on getting it replaced through our warranty. We can’t say enough good things about the service we received. We will be using them now on for routine service maintenance. I HIGHLY recommend them.
